The best part being Outlet Head is interacting with various sections of society/ customers of different financial backgrounds, govt officials from Police administration RTO, medical, electricity education public officials and other regulatory deptts of govt and dealing with them to achieve our targetsbeing part of my job. Vehicles sales, repair & service, keeping various plant machineries serviceable, dealing with vendors & customers satisfaction is of immense value to me while working in pvt sector after my retirement as Senior officer from central govt, so I take my salary as bonus for getting handsome amount of pension by parent deptt. Pvt sector has profit motive & is driven by results which I like as unlike in govt sectors quotas, reservations and sluggishness that has no ace in pvt sector. I find myself fruitfully engaged to keep me physically fit mentally alert soas to keep pace with young generation rather than telling past military anecdotes over a peg of scotch to kids and friends.
