Likes

Attendants and pantry staff are very cordial. Very near to Munirka Metro Station. Flexible timings. Can work from home if necessary.

Dislikes

Very unfair HR policies. Just a grant and funding organization. (Please do not go by what is mentioned in the website as their company profile) Office politics at its peak all the time. More than half of the employees lack the required skills. Mentally harassing the lower grade employees unnecessarily. Top level officers demotivating the other staff. The organization doesn't deserve a single star.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
