No Salary time to provides their employees many employees has raised their cases in Labor Court and some employees has good appraisal and some having nothing but whose having there arr no any time to appraisal. Travelling is good but for travelling allowances no any time when will cleared. In this organization very bad politics even the management is also doing politics cs with their employees that is bad habit. Every senior management officer doing leg pulling with their colleagues. I think this exercises are not good for a organization atleast on senior management.

Dislikes

Every employee wants to growth but there are ni any growth, and appraisal time is not fixed even appraisal criteria is also not fixed who is touched with managers and director get good appraisal and other get nothing. No any training provides.any time management can say to you that your all the services has left from this organization. Every top management doing leg pulling with their colleagues. Work environment is so so.
