Nothing at all. The company don't respect their employees, neither it has a job satisfaction. The company will never think about the employee’s family before throwing you out. A big no from my end to join such a third class company.

The CEO is too much of himself. Not open to new things at all. Do not appreciate your efforts. Will speak to you as if you are a college fresher. Very disappointed with culture.
