This is a foods company and the biggest brand of india.working with this with company knowledge of products like paddy.rice.how to conver.how to manage of ratio.how we decrease the lenght of rice and also know how to increase.

Exactly compensation is decent but growth is slow.some time the work pressures is very high but although you are finished in your working time no one is to appriciate you.all are jealeous.this type of behaviour of staff very discusting.

Seriously nothing.

Dislikes

Typical Lala company and you never know when the Lala will fire you. Not even single day leave is allowed. The unethical company not even single rules, regulations has been followed. KARMA : Everything you do comes back to you. In 2021, Lala got arrested by CBI and ED files chargesheet in money laundering case.
