Dislikes

I only dislike one aspect its increment process.I felt that there is huge favouritism are going on for increment...i don't feel the given KRA is justified for my job profile.that is the only one thing i dislike about the company In same department with same work and almost same grades one is getting more then 35% of hike and another is getting just 5% of hike so..there is in group and out group are for monetary growth and apparition part

I don't like anything about this company, but I would only appreciate one thing is that do give independence task complition.but that is cons too

No job security Management highly biased Poor communication accross department No responsibility taken by management when things were going south. They blame executive level persone target them for whatever happened

management is shit. leaders have lots of ego. if you make one simple mistake which do not make an impact to work full company will go crazy. 14 hours of work daily. no opportunity to learn or advance. no appraisal. no appreciation.
