Compensation is decent but growth is slow work pressure very high and i worked 14hours somedays that i hate it

Everything is good. But, NO Job security and can be fired anytime. Company is laying off employees during COVID-19.

Illogical expectations from top management. NO job security. Low salary. Dissatisfied employees in all Dept. & Searching for better opportunity.

...or shift engineer it's totally reverse. Company don't care about shift engineer. Exepet salary there is no any other benifits.No bonus. When it's comes to increment terrible.....

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Management is good. good compensation you will get salary will get on time, bus facility , canteen facility are there

There are so many internal politics over there and so many old staffs over there who play bad politics internally and not allow to grow or set to new employees.
