Nothing to like about this company that harasses the employees with strict timings 1min late half day salary cut. Only b/w and dull colours allowed. Cannot go out during lunch. Keep sitting for 9 hours, only bathroom breaks allowed, 6 days working drains the energy. Total mental torture and physical also. Employees are like work machine not even leaves are granted. No appraisal as they keep asking for proving sales target that are unbelievable too high. No benefits offered by company no medical, nothing.

In this Covid-19 Pandemic Company gave full salary and Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Don't get into this company. Even if u r unemployed. Worst company to work for. No salary commitment. They hire u at some salary and then give u lower salary.

nothing to be liked. for god sake please let me know one good thing about this company. I did make the worse decision of my career to join this company as i was shown all different picture. and when i saw the reality, i took no time to take my exit. Beware... Its a typical shop kind of company. The owner is surrounded by people who just keep agreeing with her on everything. and later laugh. no body has guts to at least correct her or show here the right path. every body is trying to save her job. what a pity. have not seen such a most unprofessional venture ever. no growth, no innovations as the owner doesn't want to adapt new methodologies. The one reason why even new beauty and cosmetics companies just entered have gone far beyond this company. The owner simply want to cherish her old days and deep with in she knows that this company will end up soon. the irony is there is no successor of this brand. HR head Rajiv Verma is the worse dead soul i have ever seen, such a rude, pathetic, good for nothing creepy creature who boasts about himself every single moment. Come, join this company and take your career to its grave.
