We can work in shahi maximum 2 years more than that no use for carrier personal growth.

Dislikes

They can't think about employees after joining in Shahi, They will think about their benifits. Especially Tommy Hilfiger US Bulk team the team Heads are very money minded persons, those guys can't think about team members even they died, they need their incentives on time.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
