When you start with Shahi, it gives you enough opportunities to grow and learn professionally. I was deputed at their corporate office nearby Metro Station. Co-workers across the departments are very helpful. They have wonderful Premises and In-House Cafeteria, which serves decent vegetarian food.

Compensation is decent along with other benefits but growth is slow

The good thing about the company is that especially girl people get work . Here, those people who do not get work in rural areas ,who are illiterate, what will they do in life ,then it is good for them And secondly ,the hostel for the girls of the state to stay and the treatment for their health , all this company does, then it is very good

Tailor , Iron Batch checker People Salary is very less . therefore , all these operators leave this company at most and go to another company .

...nagement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for choking.company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..

...person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..

Salari on time Yearly increasement Present COO nature is very good .He is very nice person and honest with there employees, friendly and knowledgeable. Always believe in God Best work place for job in India

Reference people are getting good increasement and hike of salary Beacuse this is MNC level company so required centralized increasement policy Fix the time line for promotion.
