Reference people are getting good increasement and hike of salary Beacuse this is MNC level company so required centralized increasement policy Fix the time line for promotion.

I think there is nothing to be there... I request all job seekers before looking for job there please observe there is always 12 months opening there... Work place harassment. Using Abusive language at work place with your team. All are going to spoil your career

...very safe game. Late sittings is a fashion there even if u have no work due. Weekends office is also a fashion with no compensation.

...r how much hard work you do. Office politics-100% it'll make you kill yourself I was forced to join on same salary l, even though I'm a experienced guy and after 6 months they hired freshers on same salary on which I was hired.

Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..

...person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..
