Nothing to like about the company.

...hour was from 9 to 5.30, our managers accept us to be at 8.30 and leave after 6.30 or even late that too without any pay or benefits. Unskilled labors are treated very badly. You LL get increment only if u r favourable to your bosses. Company never offered transport, free food, team outing, educational assistance, soft skills training etc. Many a things like soft skill training, job training are conducted only for the purpose of record and to show off.

Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..

Dislikes

...person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..

Salari on time Yearly increasement Present COO nature is very good .He is very nice person and honest with there employees, friendly and knowledgeable. Always believe in God Best work place for job in India

Reference people are getting good increasement and hike of salary Beacuse this is MNC level company so required centralized increasement policy Fix the time line for promotion.

No salary bracket, even if you are assigned manager your salary may be less than senior executive the concern is if u find senior executive more worth promote them to next level and if not than y do you pay more. Team wise politics in giving incentives
