1. Unprofessional culture in Finance Department
2. HR is also unprofessional. Even receptionist are hired for the post of HR Manager who have no policy for employees.
Very good concern with lot SOP's ,we cannot see any Export house which is having these regulations in work..Also company provides work guarantee for each and individual..
...person performance and they do not promote in terms of promotion or appraisals .few person are having good talent and they don't get their pay equally and unable to speak to anybody and just passing their day to day activities to save and run their families..
When you start with Shahi, it gives you enough opportunities to grow and learn professionally. I was deputed at their corporate office nearby Metro Station. Co-workers across the departments are very helpful. They have wonderful Premises and In-House Cafeteria, which serves decent vegetarian food.
Compensation is decent along with other benefits but growth is slow

It's best company to work for longer carrier.. lot of opportunities for growth.. ontime salaries.. apart from one or two drawbacks all other things are top class... Only very few things to be corrected...
...ts will be given eaqually to all... Performers and non performers will be same.. salaries will be fixed based on previous salary ..
These things should change.. increments should be given based on performance and salary should give as per position and standard .. it should not be based on previous salary
