At times, the workload can be high, especially during project go-lives. But we will learn a lot.

There is scope for a lot of improvement as the employees have literally poor knowledge and they are just working like bots. No creativity at all.

Dislikes

Everything from office politics to bossing behavior of the employers. They are just a bunch of people who likes to party outside the office and they side with those who hangout with them who ofcourse are their referrals and relatives. They don't care about anything!! Your time will be wasted. You should do a certification which would have higher value than having experience in this company.
