Sir I just want to tell you that I just join the STC from 2july 2019 and and campany send me relief letter in May-2019. even 1 year also not complete to my joining . ... and discriminating. Salary timings are not confirm its more than 2 months late. No Bonus, slowly salary increment (2-3%) no growing career path. HR head is so rude and helpless. STC Policy are really worst. They get change expecting only company benefits affecting to all existing employees along with new joiner. And very bad management that no one can respond on employee concern. I highly recommend people not to join this organization, You'll get nothing but regret.
