They take ur half salary and if you leave in between they will not give you ur salary..this is a small case no proper hr department...seniors are worst not at all helpful..they just want their work to be done

Just Completed my Notice period at SKA, It was really Great Experience at Shah Kapadia and Associates, Very Professional & Helpful Team Leaders & Other Office Staff, Learnt alot Professionally, Would recommend others also to join SKA !

There is no such thing as Hr department or some other department. No growth in organization hired you in certain amount and that's it no quarterly appraisal or promotion such thing is there in organization these people 1st cut your money as security deposit and later when you leave the organization they deny to that amount and hear no management system works some niche level people tooks the decision of the organization only join the organization if you want to waste your time
