No proper appraisal we can call it as totally relatives firm nearly all employees are family members no place for outsider to grow. No documentation increment done on rational basis more b.com than CA in the firm No chance of getting good experience

The way of working in Shah & Taparia i like so much because here is work is divided in department wise. all member are coprative . relation between partners & employee is to good. so i like this form.
