...ance even in HR Domain. Anyone can call you for anything anytime and on any day. If you are looking to work then join only joine if Salary matters to you, else don't join. HR is waste of time and when being HR I joined no one have even spoken to me for my Joining and my handiokding, I have to call each time my reporting manager and ask for all these basic things. Suggestion _ Don't join this kind of start up if you are settled in career, only join if want to gain some experience.

I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.

Toxic work culture. If you are working there they will make sure that you stay there. I have worked continuously for more than 17 hours still it is not sufficient for them.

...and there is nothing of that kind here. There is no learning, nothing over here. If you are in good organization and getting some less salary stay over there because you will loose your peace if you join this company. This is my genuine review because I am going through it and I want no one to face it.

Management not employee friendly No salary appraisal Day night working Early morning dispatch They won't pay our salary mentioning that we didn't serve the notice period even though they hire employees in our position without any prior information... And put pip on us such a worst utilising the employee and throw after all benefits and hire new employees... Same things with happens with the new employees also ... So I never suggest shadowfax to anyone in need of job
