Overall good organization, if you know your job and you're impactful, everything is fine here. Also, depends who is your boss and if he can fight for you, you are sorted.

Dislikes

Lack of SOPs and compliances, basic facilities like pay slips, medical insurance, time sheets are not provided. Some unprofessionals will make your life hard but if you know dealing with such people, that's not a big issue. Also, 2 Saturday working.

Wasted my time, experience skill at shades of blackk. Never recommended to my enemy also. Mental harrassment is there.

As per my experience they keep merchandisers only for 6 months they will hire you and after 6 months they will fire you with our any reason

Dislikes

There is no job stability here.they will fire the employe any time without any reason.
