Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Shades by 43 was an awesome platform for me to work. I learnt how to live a good work-life. Shades was more like a family for me. Boss was more like a brother and a beat friend. Had an awesome homely atmosphere there. Shades by 43 takes every work responsibly and delivers the video and photo output on time. You can have a friendly interaction between the crew. You can get totally customised work output according to your needs.

Dislikes

I, personally has nothing to say that I dislike this and I dislike that. There's actually nothing you really dislike. I was working there with full freedom and was more like a home for me. The reason I'm looking for a better job is because I want to work outside Kerala and want to interact with more people.
