The Senior HR Manager, a lady who lacks HR knowledge, is completely incompetent—she doesn’t even know how to calculate the probation period correctly. On top of that, she deducts a significant amount from employees' salaries without informing them. She holds the position of HR Manager but has no real understanding of her role.
