Owner and HR were good but my colleagues were bossy

Dislikes

Old employees are quite toxic, they will take continuous leaves and expect alone shifts from the new employees, they will not even give you any proper training. People are really bad over there, I would not recommend anyone to work at shaant

Nice, small and close knit company. Hard-work and efficiency is well rewarded. Employees are given guidance to up-skill and improve career prospects.

The company focuses more on providing a balanced work environment than a competitive one. As a long time employee, I have seen that the humane approach of the management has been exploited by a lot of employees.
