Almost everything the culture, team environment, work life balance, salary and appraisal and promotions, perks everything is trash specially the data science team led by few oversmart and overconfident people who treat employees as resources rather than human

Likes

The Product and Tech Team have great people who are fun to work with. Salary comes on time and appraisals are decent. There's great work-life balance for non Sales Teams, the Corporate Office has pretty corners and festivals are celebrated with great fervour.

Dislikes

There's no employee benefit, policies are regressive, HR is ineffective and hostile towards employees more often than not, there's little scope to learn outside the Product org.

Likes

Pay is fine. That's all.

Dislikes

1. The work-style, your work will be appreciated only if you are a suck up to your team leads 2. The management style of top level; leadership team and everyone are only working to impress one guy who features on Shark tank, no one is working towards their users lol 3. The HR team is also a bunch of women lead by a male working towards fun fridays only, no one gives a damn about the employees working health or mental conditions

The only one thing I liked about it that is salary, people always receives salary on 1st date of the month, and that is so good.

Dislikes

Company's policies for sales people are so bad, and people are so much unprofessional in behavior and worthless. There are many things to explain but let it go, they don't recognize all these are things, they just look for business weather it's ethical or non ethical.

They make you work as a poor labour. Every day they make you realise that you do nothing in this life after leaving this company. Inke liye jitna sale kro utna cum hai. Not even give you weekoff , leave ka tho bhul jao. Floor pr gamdi language se baat krna , apne employee ko abuse krna. Overall mental health kharab krni hai tho shaadi.com chale jao .
