Not supported any kind help ...on the other hand company not paid a salary of before lockdown that employee already worked days.

Dear sir , i want to share one thing ..every one having a salary from thare company after lock down but sh pharma is the first organisation that not paid a salary of before lock down that employees already worked.

Absolut worst company to work with. The management is there to make it a loss making Company so that they can steal tax.

Mr. Raha is the person who is taking down his company. stealing money of the hard earning workers.

I like the kindness of the Hon'ble chairman who respects the employees as family members.. Few senior people work in the different departments. Like finance, HR, Admin and Other Supporting staff.

Dislikes

One individual in the management exhibits a concerning attitude towards employees, treating them more like servants than valued team members. This person lacks respect for the personal lives of employees, disregarding established working hours and expecting them to be available for late-night work every day throughout the year...

Once a big company with highest standard of products, but due to some uncultured uncivilized person, the company is loosing its reputation in the market.

Dislikes

Person who never been to Field is making marketing strategy, Mr Raha is the one only person responsible for the downfall of the organization he manages everything so that he can make his life better, and let the rest of the people suffer, he uses slang and offensive words to get his job done.
