Instead of working as a third-party inspector & certification company SGS is providing manpower only in their respective sites like JSL plant, at Jajpur. After joining at their JSL site as a Senior Inspection Engineer (Quantity) I became to know that employees of SGS is working under the authority of JSL. But before joining I was told that SGS was working as a third-party inspector company hired by JSL.

...d for employees only not for family members it means they are not coverd at all. I have been in sgs from 2 years not a single upraisal received no salary increased no job security company can terminate when ever they want. I recommend not to join this company.

SGS is good company, salary 1st working day of the each month, training session during job is helpful for carrier growth. Overall experience is good..

Annual leave for personal work , It should be increase. They offer contractual job for fix time,I think,Job should be at permanent role. Apart from CL, It is nice work experience with SGS..

Company has stopped giving salary without intimation when company has no work, and so much forces to attain duty company when they get work immediately. Specially pratik Patel and jitendra Mistry. This happens with so many employees.

No Promotion, No Salary increment, No Job secure, No standard leave system for FTC, No Medical insurance for FTC, No Two types of employment of staff permanent or CTF, FTC employe is not getting yearly bonus.
