1) Absolutely no work life balance. 2) I have seen employee work for 10-12hrs minimum on a daily basis to achive set target by the company. Yet company, Team lead, Module lead does not give a damn on people health. 3) They force employee to take leave or take Weekoff on the middle of the week when jobs are less and make them work on week end. They force you to do this. I've been there seen this!

I like SGS until some senior management peoples where supporting staff. After new senior management came on board, they started politics and giving problems to old staff. Which was so bad!

Most colleagues are friendly & good mutual understanding.

Dislikes

Dictatorship by senior management. No background experience of the work. Office politics at play all the time. Micro management. Favoritism. Wrong guys authorized to take important decisions. Not good for sane person. Director disapproves your ideas initially. Later he shares those ideas as his own in front of team. No career growth (except if Director knows you from previous work place). No work-life balance at all. You get called to work outside of your shift hours despite of you having shared medical documents for your health issues. No action taken from the HR as director is at senior level who has cheated other companies before this place. Work is not complex mostly but all office politics by senior management is the reason not to work. (But there is hope if such people and their favorites are removed from the organization).

For people on contract job is not secured. Lack of training and introduction. Office is very busy. There is lot of office politics especially for outsiders.
