...need to worked at client place till 10:00 pm even after that no transportation No Salary increment/appraisal No promotions Juniors need to worked in there personal laptop Need to work multiple projects Projects manager can comment any ting about u r character, if you escalate the same to HR/MD every one will say "chalta he, what can we do" If you thing for registration due to work culture they declined the resignations and then once fine morning they block all u r credentials and emails, others logins, if u try to contact or meet the HR no one will response to you or meet you, even though you will not received the last working day's salary and FNF .

The only thing I like about SNG is the renew power client apart from this everything is pathetic

Company failed to deliver on commitments They hold employee salary for no reason, H.R doesn't know how to communicate Manager is pathetic and complete management is weak and irresponsible

I can't think of a single I like working at sgn software, The company is has incompetent management, a toxic work environment, zero opportunity for growth and learning plus the management HR department is full of false and fake commitments

Everything is worst and not acceptable, The company didn't paid my salary, the HR paid alot of false commitment and did buttering when task needs to be done Their is no rule of employee valuation and retention Nobody is there to hear employees grieve reason people leave the company The owner doesn't care about employees There is no practice of proper management and work culture It's more of a square store than a Software company Clients aren't happy with the services they offer, everybody in the company is believing that if you praise manager for no reason you will get good hike and reason the favoritism and politics is promoting thoroughly

...y - No job security... You can be thrown out anytime - Too much office politics - Didn't receive any appraisal or salary hikes in my 1 year of working - HRs are pathetic

...agement is not supportive at all .Harassing employees mentally even financially. still i have not got my first months salary. upper management is not good enough they are not employee friendly. HR has no power. only talk so much. they always telling lied to their employee. HR is not at all supportive.
