About the company, very pathetic in terms of Job security, No increment standard, only show offs, there Directors are Doing Show off nothing else. False commitments to employees. Without notice they change Designations,& if you are not work according the management start playing game which is called "PIP"PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT PLAN.UNDER THIS PLAN THEY FORCEFULLY TOLD EMPLOYEE TO LEAVE WITHOUT NOTICE. "SGL LAB" THEY ARE JUST SHOW OFF NOTHING ELSE. DURING INCREMENT TIME THEY DONT HAVE MONEY AS WELL AS THEY GIVE YOU FALSE EXCUSE TO EMPLOYEES. BEFORE JOIN THIS THIRD CLASS LAB I REQUEST YOU DON'T JOIN IF YOU WANT TO BE A PROFESSIONAL THEN JOIN ONLY GIA. BECAUSE, IN SGL THEY APPOINT PEOPLE FROM VARIOUS LABS (GIA,HRD,IGI,ETCC). AFTER THAT THEY GRAD AS PER HRD STANDARD, THEY TEACH YOU GIA STANDARD LEVEL GRADING ,THEORY,PRACTICAL ETC... SUCH A CONFUSED LAB THIS IS CLIENT FROM DIAMOND MARKET BKC THEY ARE LAUGHING BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO GRADE?? WHICH DIAMOND PATTERN THEY WANT TO ADOPT. I REQUEST YOU EVERYONE NOT TO JOIN THIS LAB ,OTHER WISE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER. THERE IS NO JOB GUARANTEE, THERE IS NO JOB SATISFACTION, THERE IS NO SALARY INCREMENT, THERE IS ONLY AND ONLY SHOWOFF . THEY WANT TO SHOW TO EVERY ONE THAT HOW MANY LABS THEY OPEND & STILL ITS GOING ON. SUCH A PATHETIC DIAMOND LAB I SAW 8N MY ENTIRE CAREER. ONCE AGAIN I REQUEST YOU GUYZ DONT JOIN THIS PATHETIC LAB . & NOT TO WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME IN THIS. TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU WILL GET GOOD BENIFITS. ALWAYS REMEMBER "PATIENCE 8A THE KEY FOR SUCESS".
