The Job Security in this company is moderate, provided one maintains discipline and regularity. The Work Culture here is also good enough to work peacefully with a healthy mind. They have a regional client base, covering the entire Eastern Region of India. As a result, we get to travel quite enough, but mostly restricted to Kolkata and it's outskirts. Although, on-site travel is totally dependent on the project and client's location, as well as the necessity to supervise particular sites.

Dislikes

Salary, career growth, and appraisal is very slow to be honest. Although, the work pressure is moderate to negligible, sometimes while visiting some sites located at a distance can unbalance diet periods.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel Rajasthan. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location.
