Should focus on giving more compensation to the current employees, good hike and bonus so as to retain employees. Good package works in the beginning but down the line an employee looks for growth. Increment rate should beat the inflation rate.

I worked for SGGG India as full time employee. No positive point, everything is worst here.

All process and projects are mismanaged. Specially for Fund Accounting Team, very poor management and all the managers are unprofessionals. Very very long working hours. Senior management don’t know themselves what to do and how to run a project. HR from india is very unhygienic, unhealthy and unprofessional. Even you will not get any HR discussion or your experience letter after your departure from the company. They will no reply and block you. They are happy to screw the employee’s career. A foolish management from Top to bottom, with a attitude of doing fraud in india. Stay away guys from SGGG (A mentally and physically torture).
