no well decision making, no well administration, no any scheme for welfare of the employees, salary problem, PF and ESI settlement problem from salary of the employees, till now one month PF contribution not paid

no scheme for welfare of the employees. no perfect payroll management, salary problem, too much communication problems not a good environment.

Being in Noida sector-8, the company is close to east delhi and some surrounding regions. Employees are helpful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No active leave policies and promotion policy.

Saffron global corporation office works for different products and it's services,while it's just a third party between brand and consumer.It just knows your need and try to fullfill your need from the products we sale,While I was working I used to give intro about ICICI Bank credit card,It's a life time money saving card we can get 20-30/ off on different aspects like book my show ,meesho,make my trip and etc.My experience was little complicated because I'm not from Hyderabad or secunderabad.So settling and managing my loads and day to day management was a bit hard to me.

No as per my consern no one treated me too harsh,it's just homely environment and at every Saturday there will be a event where the team-mates are supposed to reveal their number of applications done in a week ,so they would be awarded with applause and according to me my leader was a bit good so I managed to get the work done.Otherwise it's too hard to get things done in this huge city..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and bosses supportive and management is transparent. Policies of company are really good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics among old employer so need to avoid then it doesn't effect your work . Training isn't given to new joinees but bosses give opportunity to learn about work with old employee and they don't give work pressure until you learn all about your wok .

I had an opportunity to work with different people, travel to different cities, where I can explore my self. The beauty of SGC is you can transfer the knowledge to others by be a leader
