...ood manner. Weekly once lunch program along with team, it was amazing for chill. Company policies are good,they give gud salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

According to from my side there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Training is not given to new joiners.

Likes

1) Timely Salary. 2) Yearly outing tours. 3) Training Programmes.

Dislikes

1) Loyalty and dedications are overlooked. 2) Favoritism is shown to those who flatter of Butter Up Operations Head. 3) Demotivation among loyal employees. 4) Low Morale and productivity. 5) perception of unfairness and bias. 6) Potential loss of valuable talent. 7) Lack of specific materials forcing you to work with unused and unsuitable materials. 8) Pressure from Top Management to meet billing targets, prioritizing quantity over the quality.

1. Very poor management. 2. They are not see your hard work . 3. They are always behaving like we are not a employee we are like their pets. 4. Not a fixed time table for work any movement they traveling one State to another state . 5. Am not saying this COMPANY WORST but their India site management too worst, Spcl oppo. Team.

Manager Arif in KSA region is very unprofessional and I'll behavioured person. All management is unprofessional suppress their junior to sit idle.

Dislikes

Manager Arif Khan in KSA region is very unprofessional who likes to travel here and there on company expense unnecessary. No client knows him. He travels to show their higher management but he is very unprofessional who is always silent on emails,does not pick clients call, never come up with any solution. Very uncultured who just shout on their juniors.
