Employees are friendly, they work in a bit messed up way but manage to collaborate fine like family

Dislikes

Do not work in the editorial department. It is a useless department and what you edit is rarely read by anyone, and no matter how much you contribute in giving theme lines or ideas you will always be demotivated by the "editorial president" if she doesn't like you or your personality or have any kind of problem with you. Freshers do not receive good treatment, they will not give you any work and at the end of the gonna blame you for not doing anything. They will even say that you do not have any knowledge pr conception despite of hiring you through legitimate grammar and writing test. So do not work in the editorial department. Other departments have good and understanding team leaders except the editorial department. ( I heard from other employees in the form pf gossips that it always stays empty)

Dislikes

Unlimited phone calls and meetings during the peak season make it difficult to concentrate on one job

Working at SGA Adsvita Communique is fun. There are flexible timing. The teammates are helping in nature and are a great support. You will learn a lot of new things at SGA Adsvita Communique. Travelling is included as you may have to meet the clients. Innovation are always welcome. During Season no work life balance, but off season there is work life balance.

Its a fantastic work place. Infact its work and fun combined. During Covid-19 considering the fear they allowed us to work from home much before the nation went into lockdown. Time and again we were motivated by the management who actually cared about our mental health. We were even allowed leaves at times when we got frustrated being at homes. The management support is extraordinary and is truly a people's company.

Bit noisy floors at times

Pure politics and casteism. It’s like Working for them giving blood and sweat and ultimately you get peanuts. Also there is lot of politics and casteism. They favour people of their caste. I don’t know why they hire from people of different caste. May be to torture they and get donkey work done from them.
