There is nothing to like. You have to work 12-14 hrs without Overtime and without bonus. Still you don't know when you will kick out of the company.

Dislikes

...erstand what they are talking what they have to do do not able to take decision. No matter how much you work hard without OT and bonus you can get order to leave the company any time.

Dislikes

Salary lower than peers. Very slow salary growth year on year. Find excuses to deduct bonuses. Seems like the top management is not at all bothered w.r.t what is happening with the employees.
