It’s very hierarchical, the manager doesn’t talk directly to the analyst it goes thru three people for a very simple question. While your work will be appreciated thru hike but the politics makes it hard.

Compensation is good +bonus, Work culture at the corporate level is nice, they arrange a lot of events even online as we are working from home and it's nice.

If you get the wrong team you are doomed, your feedback is not really taken into consideration,

Strong relation with manager and teammates, employee oriented, regular fun or team activities, weekly meetings, on job trainings are provided to new joinee. Teammates are aware about everyone's work and always stood up to help whenever needed.

Dislikes

According to work load, the salary and hike are less compared with the other companies.

Hybrid work model and good people to work with. Ideal for freshers in terms of corporate exposure and opportunities to learn.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are very average in comparison to the amount of work and therefore leading to high employee turnover.
