Company is full of enthusiastic youths. There is lot more scope of learning and skill development.

High work pressure and Low salary. No job security for freshers. Also, company never try to retain a good employee.

Likes

There is nothing to like. You have to work 12-14 hrs without Overtime and without bonus. Still you don't know when you will kick out of the company.

Pay salary on time.

Dislikes

Salary lower than peers. Very slow salary growth year on year. Find excuses to deduct bonuses. Seems like the top management is not at all bothered w.r.t what is happening with the employees.
