SFO is full fledged company with all latest SMT machines and highgly sophisticated equipments. It can operate low, mid and high business volumes. Overall turn over of $200m and it is still growing. Working nature in this company is just an average only. For beginners, this firm is best to learn. Operational and business pespective, no company in kerala can beat SFO. Everything is systematic and process flow is fantastic and outstanding. There are tremendous pressure from management to each staffs during the time of escalation without proper analysis of the matter and situation. Supply chain wing is too large in this firm from any other divisions with altmost 100+ employees are exclusively working to enrich the outcome to serve the best in level and helps in overall productivity of company. Business development wing is the toppest wing of this company and decision maker. They play a vital role for the growth of the company with strategic planning in business and development. They are the key members for the overall growth and profitability of the company. Hence, precious gems of the company.

No benefits for well performers... too low salary packages... promotion period is very high.... we need to cry and behind HR for salary increment....

Good job security. Lots to learn for freshers. This company hires lots of freshers too.

Dislikes

Bad company culture. Lots of office politics, high pressure and no compensation/benefits even after performing well. Customer focused teams have the most pressure and others come and go as they like. Middle and senior mgmt harass associates and do micro management, making this insufferable.

No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

Everything about the company Is bad . very bad management, Low salary, bad food, forces u work like dog beyond the salary that company has given

Opportunities for skill development is High. A good place for freshers to learn electronics manufacturing industry.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion are not based on merit or talent or work. But many political factors govern promotion and salary. We won't get even annual fixed hike in salary.
