Over all great experience from sfo.I learned Lot of things from here so much happy to being member of sfo family.

Compensation is decent but salary growth is slow. No extra fun on here like play ground, tennis etc

No employee insurance scheme Poor HR team and don't care about retaining talent Salary of DL staff not paid in time Poor on boarding of employees , employee ID creation,HRMS linking and biometric enabling for attendance etc executed very poorly Poor employee engagement activity initiative No proper increment policy and yearly bonus

...ees hardwork for the output and the Officers take credit without doing any work.Still the trainees salary is 7500 INR.

Average work environment and culture. Company policies are good but implementation is average and There is no hopes about salary hike and bonus every year,it totally depends & decides management.

Less Salary & No hopes about salary hike. And main thing, there is a lot of political and the management issues is there.
