There is no likes about this company. They are getting bulk order even though.Not an employee friendly company. so many disappointments.

...Quality is not their concern.they are faking their standards during audit time .pay scale is also very poor. Genuinely saying if an employee is still working with a 15 years of experience not matter what his/her post the management is trying to keep their pay scale low approx they get 22k . So many customer complaints . They are running this company with trainees which they dont know about anything happens around the company and no any training before work.

... overtime payment is low. Only few people at hr department is nice to employees. Others are rude and won't even solve your simple queries about salary, overtime etc.

The company favor only labor union staffs. Company give more salary for supervisor & technician than for an engineer. Salary increments on every year given to the engineers is very low. They are misuse me for 2 years. They did not give me a day shift . I'm the only engineer who stay all the night on every day & I'm not able to communicate with my seniors directly for improving myself as all other engineers have day shift only.

...d with stuffed,waved components. So I weird first when I saw these things first. You get a basic salary of 6800+allowances(depends up on sections that they allot for you)+night shift+over time. if you passed out or failed the qualification as i said first. The will say "we will give you post according to sudied" but that is fake because if they give a higher postion they should give you more money than the basic and one more fact is that. If they decided to give a postion of according to diploma(in my case) the salary only a just little bit more that is 8000+. But the engineers will get a sa-

lary of 12000. Highly piced non tasty canteen foods one of drawback here.A bebefit is that you get ESI and PF. We do the same job every day that is for our section alloted. My job was machine operating of wave soldering machine. Finally if you don't want to spoil your life go and find another company. And if you want a little bit more salay with doing some non benefit job(not used for future) come and grab. So you can imagine the value of certificate from here. It get a use if you bring this certificate to UAE

The company is give more importants to quality of products so give good training for operators.and each employees have give equal importance and give more knowledge of products and work
