I started my career in SFL Autolec as a Graduate Engineering Trainee (GET), I learned the knowledge from the company policies & employees. Industrial environment definitely will give the good & bad experience to all of us. Personally I have one request, pls treat a person as a human, not a machine. Boys & girls each and every company will give a best experience, just think about you & your coworkers. Thank you guys Good luck

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
