... My company have not serious about contract based employees issues.......... Company has not provided any type of bonus and any safity facility ect.

... easily adaptable for all employees and the work management was vey transparent. Appraisal are good and increment and bonus was improve evey year.

Job transparency is good but not in all key area's

There's nothing to like about SFC.

Dislikes

1- The CFT there barring a few are highly incompetent. That place is a fool's paradise. 2- There is no authority, no support extended to you but when things go wrong, then it's your responsibility. 3- No job security. You can be fired anytime. 4- People don't know what their job responsibilities are due to no clarity about KRA & KPIs.

Likes

SFC is secured company as serving all most all car makers of India. Has very good footprint. Good skill set to make rubber sealing. Very good facility for sealing products and Fluid parts. Now on right growth path.

Dislikes

Continuously changing management team and their direction. So many changes at plant level too. Uncertainty as owned by investing company and will get sold out to some other company any time.

Good and self motivated team.

Dislikes

No personal growth and frequently top management change. You have to prove your self every time with every new commer management person.. they not recognise your past achivements.
