The only thing I liked about SFC was the salary timing that I had. Used to be the salary before the month ended.

Dislikes

Long hours of work and a very less salary, problems faced because of the medical insurance cards, no management for the staffs, maintenance never sent to the accommodation for pest controls too.

It was great workplace..who want to start carrier..all Indian staff is there.. Managment also good..Company giving Free Accomodation, Food, Travelling, Madicle benefits..2 years contract work..U can renew visa if you want

Dislikes

Sometimes there is extra work hours. Not too much politics. Salary starting 1200 AED for FOH staff. Job training for freshers.

SFC Group has an excellent Leadership Team, MD Mr K Murlidharan is a great leader and visionary has an incredible team of talented professionals with him who are helping the Group to grow at a rapid pace. Group have very good structured and well placed polices for its employees for Training, Appraisals and has good work life balance, there are lot of opportunities for the employees to work and excel in there respective jobs, team bounding is very good amoung the Leadership and employees and has very healty relations. Employees are paid for their knowledge and skills and their work is appreciated, more than 60% of the employees are working there for more than 5 yr’s or so which shows their trust on the leadership and work culture of the Company.

Dislikes

Their is nothing which I didn’t liked during my tenure with the Group.
