Every team has a quarterly budget that is used by teammates on the self-enhancement.

+ No variables, just a fixed pay. + You'll get an appraisal when you complete one year at Sezzle. Since it's a growing startup, you can't expect much. But overall, a really good experience.

Heard Sezzle US have a great work culture but not Sezzle India with my experience. Not a great place for experienced people.

Dislikes

Management is not mature enough to handle experienced people. Still running the team with old style with nepotism and military like executives. Culture, work-life balance, etc related talks are only at townhall meetings not implemented in reality.
