Seya Industris is one of the leading petrochemical industries in chemical. Training was excellent, career growth is not excellent, traveling facility is not available, salary is average

Company growth is slow, the work pressure is high. Sometimes i have work 16 hours

Their products are fall in flammable and petrochemical category so the 2 year experience count for switching to other company.

Management is poor. Do not provide joing letter and salary slips. Leakage problems.

As I was fresher. I learn many good things from my boss and general manager.Salary was good, they gave me hike on my performance basis on three months only.Work environment was best. But no job security.

After few month of my salary increment due to appointment of PMC, the job responsibility and accountability on me was reduced and company started treating me as like a load on their head.

Nothing, world's worst company. I have worked around more than 7 years and I would never suggest to work here.

Management and directors are ugly guys, it's a Hitler type people who any unprofessional things with employees and stakeholders.
