Dislikes

There's less Salary, No any Personal & Professional Growth, Not any other Bonus & Benefits, Not any Half Yearly or Yearly Appraisal , Not any Medical Insurance etc.

There is only limitation is career and growth due to lean management.

It's working culture & people are so cooperative with one another. Superiors are very supporting & are of helping nature in professionals & personal life as well.

Dislikes

Growth is slow compared to other MNC's. Salary rise/Compensation are also very average sometimes.

Work life balance is ther. It's 5 day week here & system driven company.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are not there, lot of policies are there and management is strick towards the same, sometimes customers are getting annoyed due to the same which lead in to lost of confidence over sales person.

As a company SEW is great but perticular Ahmedabad branch is not recommended to work.

Dislikes

Ahmedabad branch is completely working on favouritism. Only few people run branch. Very difficult to do work for new comer. Dirty politics are there. Be aware to join Ahmedabad branch. Manager's favourite people are enjoying their job. So if you're good in buttering then you must try to work here. No opportunity to take decision for improvement.
