For two years the increment is good but after that you will need some counter offer for salary hike. There are only two clients majorly, one is a Europe fab and another one is US memory giant.

Bond period is very much 3 years, if you leave before 3 years they will not give you experience letter even there is no buy back option, You leave empty handed. Notice period is 3 months.

The only thing good about sevya is that it give job opportunity to fresher.

Dislikes

It doesn't have projects, work culture is very very bad, CEO has a ego as big as an elephant. Most importantly, the company doesn't have even 2-3 clients so it's very difficult for you to learn anything there. They will just give you stupid work which doesn't help at all to elevate your career.
