They deploy to client location with good salary compared to other companies, but after that they don't care of employee in any way.

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is zero. Depends on client how they treat the deployed employee. Even after 2years they have not given any hike or not even asked how the employee is in this pandemic situation and any requirement to setup for WFH.

Appraisal time management will blame and provide less hike. So, request to check clent feedback and discuss in 1 to 1.

Blaming, without knowing anything manager will blame. I have faced and heard with other team mates. My case, i joined in the client work not assigned they have shared technology ppts for few days. I have recived a call from my manager simply he is asking u have recived escalation from the client. Then i simply mailed to him this is not correct way till now i did't get any inputs to start the work. Then he is telling hoo okay will get back I felt this is not correct way

Many Present PSV Manager is not even having time to discuss with the us. Manager & HR team doesn't have minimum response about appraisal related things. We need to approach and have to discuss. Many more .......

More Tax benefits plans should be introduced, this helps save more every year and employees are more likely to be loyal to the company.

Company Value and culture is great, since it is acquired by UST global the company work culture is great. Work is dependent on the client which you will be working.

Career growth for RTL design is limited, it depends on the client. For verification the growth will be excellent
