Salary is good but career growth is zero. Depends on client how they treat the deployed employee. Even after 2years they have not given any hike or not even asked how the employee is in this pandemic situation and any requirement to setup for WFH.

Blaming, without knowing anything manager will blame. I have faced and heard with other team mates. My case, i joined in the client work not assigned they have shared technology ppts for few days. I have recived a call from my manager simply he is asking u have recived escalation from the client. Then i simply mailed to him this is not correct way till now i did't get any inputs to start the work. Then he is telling hoo okay will get back I felt this is not correct way
