Worst experience a person could have. The work place and all is good only… But the work you do here is literally scamming…. Targeting old age people and getting there medicare id billing DME without there knowledge…. This is just scamming nothing else. And they call it lead generation. Those who don’t care about others and those who all are okay with scamming others and earning money they can get into this company for sure…

I was appointed as digital marketing, initially they told they will give the offer letter and kept delaying it and in almost 6 months got works done from me..end to wnd i managed everything, from content to bits of development and designing some of which i had to learn new for the company which i dont complain. the extremely disappointing thing was i wasn't recognised and my entire team got resolved and i was also removed and the new hr named Vijayalakshmi who was extremely rude and treated employees like dirt. i wish i could give negative rating

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
