The environment is stimulating towards own pace learning. It is conducive for people who are willing to learn more to edify themselves. Teamwork with the nursing department is top notch. I acquired my greatest skill here and can now work independently from taking patients vital signs, medical history, establish diagnosis and then prescribe rightly to dispensing and administration of medications. I do all these not forgetting my innate nursing skills. I say I've been cooked well in the field of healthcare delivery.

The delays in management decisions when major request is made. This always makes the work tedious and always improvising to get the work done.
